Who we are

Hotel Lobby AI (hotellobbyai.org) is an AI video generator that puts two people from your photos into the Hotel Lobby performance, plus guides about the trend. This policy covers this website and the generator on it.

What we collect

• Your account. You sign in with Google. We receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google, and nothing else from your Google account. We never see your Google password.
• Photos you upload. The two photos you add to the generator.
• What you generate. The preview stills and videos made from your photos.
• Purchases. When you buy credits we keep an order record: the pack, the amount, the date and its status. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never receive or store your card number.
• Credits. Your credit balance and a history of credits added, used and refunded.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, to keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.

How your photos are used

Your photos are used only to make your preview and video. To do that they are sent to our AI video provider (KIE), which processes them and returns the result. The preview and the video are stored so you can watch and download them.

How long we keep things

• Photos you upload: 7 days, then deleted automatically.
• Preview stills and videos: 30 days, then deleted automatically. You can delete a video earlier in My videos.
• Account and credit history: until you ask us to delete your account.
• Order records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the service: Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), KIE (AI generation), and Cloudflare (hosting and file storage). Each only gets the data it needs for its part of the service.

Cookies

We set a cookie that keeps you signed in. If you arrive through a link tagged with a utm_source parameter, that value is kept in a first-party cookie for 30 days and stored with your account if you sign up. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not currently use analytics tools. If we add analytics, we will update this page first.

Sample videos

The example videos on this site are loaded from static.hotellobbyai.org, and only once they scroll into view. Loading them sends the basic technical data described above to that server.

Your choices

You can delete your videos at any time in My videos. To get a copy of your data or to delete your account, email us from the address you sign in with.

Children

The service is not meant for anyone under 18, and photos of minors may not be uploaded (see the Terms of Service).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
